Para añadir un párrafo al Artículo 1B de la Ley Núm. 45 de 18 de abril de 1935, según enmendada, conocida como la “Ley del Sistema de Compensaciones por Accidentes del Trabajo”, para disponer que la Corporación del Fondo del Seguro del Estado estará exenta del pago de contribuciones, patentes, arbitrios, aranceles, comprobantes y sellos de rentas internas; y para otros fines relacionados.
