Para enmendar el Artículo 4 de la Ley Núm. 89- 2015, Para declarar el mes de febrero de cada año como el “Mes de la Prevención y Alerta de la Violencia en el Noviazgo”, y agregar al Departamento de la Familia como agencia también encargada de educar y concientizar a los jóvenes y adolescentes en las escuelas y/o universidades sobre este tema.
