Para enmendar el Artículo 597 del Código de Enjuiciamiento Civil de 1933, según enmendado, a los fines de proveer un mecanismo rápido y económico a los albaceas testamentarios que les permita hacerse cargo de los bienes del finado y cumplir las encomiendas de este sin necesidad de intervención judicial.
