PPara crear la “Ley Especial para Atender la Reconstrucción de Estructuras y Obras de Infraestructura Municipal afectadas por el paso de los Huracanes Irma y María”; establecer su propósito; decretar como obra exenta la reconstrucción de este tipo de estructuras; establecer procedimientos ante la Oficina de Gerencia de Permisos; disponer cláusulas de exclusividad para los municipios y un término de vigencia de tres (3) años para presentar la notificación de reconstrucción; y para otros fines relacionados.
