Para enmendar el Art. 240 de la Ley 246"2012 según enmendada, mejor conocida como el "Código Penal de Puerto Rico"; a fin de establecer como agravante al delito de sabotaje de servicios esenciales cuando la comisión ocurra durante un fenómeno atmosférico o desastre natural o en las siguientes setenta y dos (72) horas de ocurrir dicho evento; entre otras cosas.
