Para enmendar el Artículo 68 del Código Civil de Puerto Rico de 1930, según enmendado, a los fines de reconocer los matrimonios entre personas del mismo sexo, reconocer los matrimonios entre personas del mismo sexo contraídos en otras jurisdicciones conforme a lo establecido en Obergefell v. Hodges, 576 U.S. ___ (2015), 135 S. Ct. 2071; y para otros fines relacionados.
