Para ordenar a todo patrono notificar por escrito con noventa (90) días de anticipación al Departamento del Trabajo y a cada empleado cualquier cambio en la empresa que pueda provocar el cierre, traslado, consolidación de operaciones o que conlleve una reducción de la jornada de trabajo o cambio sustancial en las condiciones del mismo.
