Bail, Bail Bonds - As introduced, requires defendants charged with certain offenses to wear a global positioning monitoring system device if the defendant is released on the person's personal recognizance, upon the execution of an unsecured bond, or on bail. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
Firearms and Ammunition - As introduced, requires retailers and sellers of firearm ammunition to maintain ammunition in an area inaccessible to a customer in a retail establishment; classifies a violation as a Class A misdemeanor. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17.
General Assembly - As introduced, requires members of the general assembly to undergo a mental health evaluation within one month of the giving of the annual current issues ethics training; requires that the evaluations take place in a manner that maintains the privacy and confidentiality of each member. - Amends TCA Title 3.
