Taxes, Sales - As introduced, exempts from sales tax, the first $20 of the sales price on a sale of tangible personal property paid for with physical cash declared legal tender, including gold and silver. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 6, Part 3.
Education - As introduced, makes various changes to the categories of individuals who are not required to use a preferred pronoun, and for whom a preferred pronoun can be disregarded, if the pronoun is inconsistent with the person's biological sex; makes various changes to the civil liability and adverse action protections as it relates to the use of, or the refusal to use, a pronoun or preferred pronoun. - Amends TCA Title 49.
Aircraft and Airports - As introduced, requires the Tennessee Aeronautics Commission to study the laws and regulations of other states regarding restrictions on the operation of drones over private property. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 38; Title 39; Title 42; Title 56 and Title 66.
