Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to actions upon veto.
An Act relating to education funding; relating to the public education fund; relating to the base student allocation; and providing for an effective date.
Urging the United States Congress to extend the deadline for the state to obligate American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief - Homeless Children and Youth funds.
Recognizing the need for parity in the provision of mental health and substance use disorder medical assistance benefits in the state; and urging the Department of Health to adopt regulations that ensure parity in the provision of mental health and substance use disorder medical assistance benefits in the state.
