AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE -- MOTOR VEHICLE REPLACEMENT PARTS (Defines a used part and creates standards for use of used parts in damaged motor vehicles, for motor vehicle replacement parts.)
AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC FINANCE -- STATE FUNDS (Allocates, to city of Providence, a portion of state income taxes for new employees of not-for-profit healthcare institutions and private educational institutions to assist the city's ability to absorb desirable and necessary growth in such institutions.)
AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE -- ACCIDENT AND SICKNESS INSURANCE POLICIES (Limits the copayment or coinsurance requirement on specialty drugs to one hundred fifty dollars ($150) for a thirty (30) day supply.)
