Repeals the statutory provisions imposing a sales tax on food and authorizes a new estate tax to offset lost revenue
Requires employers to provide meal periods or meal breaks to employees
Establishes a firearm-owner registry under the management of the attorney general
Requires the department of higher education and workforce development to develop and implement a training program on relevant rules for all governing members of colleges and universities
