Economic development: Michigan strategic fund; compliance with the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act; provide for. Amends sec. 4 of 1984 PA 270 (MCL 125.2004) & adds sec. 7c.
State finance: other; spending plan and audit requirements to receive a grant and limitations on awarding grants, loans, or other economic assistance; provide for. Amends sec. 448 of 1984 PA 431 (MCL 18.1448) & adds sec. 449.
Individual income tax: deductions; exclusion of certain gratuities for tipped employees; provide for. Amends sec. 30 of 1967 PA 281 (MCL 206.30).
