An Act amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in miscellaneous provisions, establishing the Veterans Mental Health Services Program.
An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in preliminary provisions, further providing for definitions; in terms and courses of study, further providing for subjects of instruction and flag code and providing for handwriting instruction required; and, in charter schools, further providing for provisions applicable to charter schools and for applicability of other provisions of this act and of other acts and regulations.
An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general principals of justification, further providing for definitions.
An Act amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in child protective services, further providing for establishment of Statewide database, for access to information in Statewide database, for information in Statewide database, for disposition of founded and indicated reports, for amendment or expunction of information, for employees having contact with children and adoptive and foster parents, for information relating to certified or licensed child-care home residents, for continued employment or participation in program, activity or service and for investigation of reports.
