Autauga County, ad valorem tax, add 7 mills for public school purposes, exemption of certain parcels of 100 acres or more
The Alabama G.I. and Dependents Educational Benefit Act conform to federal requirements
Relating to child abuse; to amend Sections 26-15-2 and 26-15-3, Code of Alabama 1975; to further define the crime of child abuse to include willful mistreatment; and in connection therewith would have as its purpose or effect the requirement of a new or increased expenditure of local funds within the meaning of Section 111.05 of the Constitution of Alabama of 2022.
Relating to the Department of Veterans Affairs; to amend Section 31-6-5, as last amended by Act 2022-91, 2022 Regular Session, Code of Alabama 1975; to expand eligibility for educational benefits to spouses of those who were killed while on active state duty status or whose death results proximately and within three years of an injury sustained while on state active duty status.
