An Act providing for state recognition of federally recognized tribes; and providing for an effective date.
Encouraging the President of the United States, the United States Congress, and the Governor of the state to assist the National Park Service in its efforts to ensure long-term access into Denali National Park and Preserve by way of the existing roadway.
Supporting the passage by the United States Senate of the SAFE Banking Act of 2019 relating to cannabis-related legitimate businesses' access to financial services.
Urging the United States Congress to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 without an exemption for tribal governments in the state and to support Savanna's Act and highlight the crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous women.
