SEIZURE AND FORFEITURE REPORTING – Adds to existing law to provide that the state controller shall establish and maintain a website regarding seized and forfeited property and to provide reporting requirements.
FORFEITURE – Amends existing law to provide for the submission of information regarding forfeiture to the state controller.
SALES – Amends existing law to require sellers to accept cash as a method of payment along with any other accepted methods of payment.
HEALTH – Amends existing law to provide that a county may withdraw from a public health district.
