AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 50-33-02 and 50-33-07 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to early childhood services and child care assistance; to provide for a legislative management report; to provide an appropriation; and to provide an effective date.
A concurrent resolution directing the Legislative Management to consider studying the feasibility and desirability of consolidating the administration of racing, sports, and gaming activities into a single office, whether as a division of the Attorney General's office or a separate agency, and the feasibility and desirability of creating a sports and gaming commission to expand or replace the North Dakota Racing Commission to include oversight of sports and gaming activities, including mixed martial arts, boxing, and live combative sports; charitable gaming, including licensing and permits; sports betting and other permitted games of chance; the lottery; live and simulcast racing; and other similar activities.
A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 53-06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the creation of a sports betting task force; to provide for a legislative management report; and to provide an expiration date.
A BILL for an Act to create and enact section 12.1-16-02.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to aggravated manslaughter; and to provide a penalty.
