Congratulating Charles Steven “Steve” Cook, Senate Parliamentarian, Upon His Retirement And Commending Him For His Thirty-Eight Years Of Contributions To The Senate And Forty-Four Years Of Contribution To The State Of Arkansas.
To Amend The Law Concerning Inmates Of State Facilities; To Establish Parameters Regarding The Use Of Segregated Confinement; And To Establish Alternative Therapeutic And Rehabilitative Confinement Options.
To Congratulate The State Of Israel On The Occasion Of The Seventy-Fifth Anniversary Of Its Establishment And To Extend Best Wishes To The State Of Israel And To The Israeli People For A Peaceful And Prosperous Future.
