TEACHERS/SALARY: Requires school systems to provide a salary increase for teachers and other school employees using savings attributable to the state's payment of certain unfunded accrued liability of the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana (Item #2) (REF GF EX See Note)
JUVENILES: Requests the office of juvenile justice to report to the Louisiana Senate Committee on Judiciary B on the status of vocational training opportunities available to children in the care of the office in secure, nonsecure, community-based, and private facilities.
