A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact section 48-01.2-02.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the threshold for procuring plans, drawings, and specifications from an architect or engineer for construction of a public improvement.
AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 54-66 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to legislative assembly conflict of interest rules; to provide for application; and to declare an emergency.
