Establishes a bill of rights for family members and visitors of incarcerated individuals
Requires four hours of implicit bias training every two years for real estate appraisers
Requires the department of health to support tobacco and vapor product use prevention and control activities including marketing and advertising to discourage tobacco and vapor product use
Allows access to sealed and protected records to civilian law enforcement oversight entities conducting investigations and disciplinary proceedings for misconduct by police and peace officers
