Elections: registration; registering to vote and voting by individuals who are not United States citizens; prohibit. Amends 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.1 - 168.992) by adding sec. 492c.
Natural resources: hunting; right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife; recognize in constitution. Amends the state constitution by adding sec. 29 to art. I.
Sales tax: exemptions; credit card surcharges; exempt from sales tax. Amends sec. 1 of 1933 PA 167 (MCL 205.51).
State management: funds; use of state funds for implementation of federal treaties not ratified; prohibit. Creates new act.
