Wilt Bridge; designating the bridge, identified as Bridge Key 21481, carrying State Route 1051, also known as Main Street, over Little Cocalico Creek in the Borough of Denver, Lancaster County, as the Fichthorn and Marburger Memorial Bridge; designating the bridge, identified as Bridge Key 56645, carrying State Route 1045, also known as South 4th Street, over Cocalico Creek in the Borough of Denver, Lancaster County, as the John K. Weaver Memorial Bridge; designating the bridge, identified as Bridge Key 13861, carrying State Route 1025 over State Route 1014 in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, as the Senator Hal Mowery Memorial Bridge; designating East Montgomery Avenue between North York Road and Jacksonville Road in the Borough of Hatboro, Montgomery County, as the Sergeant James C.
