An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L.90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code, in licenses and regulations, liquor, alcohol and malt and brewed beverages, further providing for authority to issue liquor licenses to hotels, restaurants and clubs, for license districts, license period and hearings and for issuance, transfer or extension of hotel, restaurant and club liquor licenses, providing for license database, further providing for malt and brewed beverages retail licenses, for limiting number of retail licenses to be issued in each county and for hearings upon refusal of licenses, renewals or transfers and appeals, and repealing provisions relating to license auction.
