An Act amending Titles 44 (Law and Justice) and 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, codifying prohibition on political subdivisions and Commonwealth agencies imposing quotas on the issuance of citations for certain offenses and prohibiting the practice of station averaging; in licensing of drivers, further providing for schedule of convictions and points; in rules of the road in general, providing for radar enforcement systems pilot program; and making a related repeal.
