Establishes the Indian Health Scholarship Program to provide free tuition and fees for qualifying Indian health profession students in exchange for the student's commitment to work at a tribal service site after graduation. Appropriates moneys for the 2025-2027 biennium to the Oregon Health and Science University for the purpose of administering the Indian Health Scholarship Program.
