] [Requires the Public Employees Retirement Board to study the treatment of the salary of chaplains under the Public Employees Retirement System. Directs the board to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to general government not later than September 15, 2026.] [Sunsets on January 2, 2027.] Provides that, in determining the salary of a chaplain at the Oregon Health and Science University for purposes of the Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan, a housing allowance shall be treated as if it were includable in the chaplain's taxable income.
Effective date, January 1, 2026.
