] [Requires the Oregon Health Authority to study the funding formula under Ballot Measure 110 (2020). Directs the authority to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health not later than September 15, 2026.] [Sunsets on January 2, 2027.] Modifies the duties and composition of the Oversight and Accountability Council. Transfers to the Oregon Health Authority the responsibility to administer, in consulation with the council, a grant program for Behavioral Health Resource Networks. Repeals the requirement for the authority to establish a Behavioral Health Resource Network statewide telephone hotline.
Effective date, January 1, 2026.
