Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to ways and means not later than September 15, 2026.] [Sunsets on January 2, 2027.] Transfers moneys between funds. Provides for the retention of interest by the Oregon Environmental Restoration Fund. Approves an expenditure of moneys received from the Insurance Fund. Delays the sunset of the School Stabilization Subaccount for Wildfire-impacted School Districts. Changes the operator of a program to provide financing for certain housing development costs. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
