Relating to the financial administration of the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission; and declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission for biennial expenses. Limits biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the commission. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
