Relating to Crater Lake-Klamath Regional Airport; declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Directs the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to award a grant of $2 million to the City of Klamath Falls to bring commercial air service to a regional airport. Directs the department to establish a grant agreement requiring the city to return the grant amount if the city is unable to secure commercial air service before June 30, 2027. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
