Provides that judgment remedies for judgments of conviction in municipal and justice courts for the possession of less than one ounce of marijuana expire on the effective date of the Act. Provides that the expiration of judgment remedies for such convictions means that a person has complied with that portion of the sentence for purposes of expungement. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
