Relating to compensation for services performed in connection with a claim for a veteran's benefit; prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Prohibits receiving compensation for performing certain services for or on behalf of an applicant or a claimant for a veteran's benefit except as provided in applicable federal or state law. Punishes a violation of the Act as an unlawful practice under the Unlawful Trade Practices Act. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
