Relating to pediatric care; prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Prohibits out-of-network providers from balance billing for pediatric care in certain circumstances. Requires insurers, the Oregon Educators Benefit Board and the Public Employees' Benefit Board to reimburse out-of-network providers in the same way as in-network providers for the same pediatric care and services in certain circumstances. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
