Relating to air ambulance services; prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Establishes an air ambulance readiness program in the Oregon Department of Emergency Management to provide subsidies to qualified air ambulance bases to offset the costs of operating air ambulances and air ambulance services. Requires the department to biennially report on the program to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health care. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
