Relating to vehicle headlight use.

Abstract

] Requires the use of headlights when the windshield wipers are on [or there is fog]. Punishes offense by a maximum fine of $250. Directs the Department of Transportation to conduct an outreach program to educate drivers and the general public about the changes to the law.
