Relating to expansion of behavioral health workforce; declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Digest: Gives money to a state agency to give to some colleges to help train more mental health workers. (Flesch Readability Score: 71). Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the Higher Education Coordinating Commission for distribution to certain institutions of higher education to expand the behavioral health workforce in Oregon. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
