Proposing amendment to Oregon Constitution relating to parental rights.

Abstract

Digest: Resolves to amend the Oregon Constitution to state that parents have the right to direct how to raise, teach and care for their children. Sends the change to voters to approve or reject. (Flesch Readability Score: 72.1). Proposes amendment to the Oregon Constitution to provide that parents have the fundamental right to direct the upbringing, education and care of their children. Refers the proposed amendment to the people for approval or rejection at the next general election.
