Relating to unemployment insurance taxes; and prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Digest: The Act allows more employment taxes to be used by the Employment Department. The Act takes effect on the 91st day after session ends. (Flesch Readability Score: 67.7). Increases the proportion of employer tax revenues paid into the Supplemental Employment Department Administration Fund. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
