Relating to victim helpfulness certifications; and prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Directs certifying agencies to report annually to Oregon Criminal Justice Commission on victim helpfulness certification requests. Directs commission to prepare comprehensive report within 90 days and submit report to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to judiciary. Sunsets on January 2, 2027. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
