Relating to bereavement leave; prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Permits employee to take bereavement leave to grieve loss of pregnancy due to miscarriage. Allows employee to take one week of allowable bereavement leave without loss of pay. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
