Requires medical assistance and health insurance to provide, as pharmacy benefit, coverage of or payment or reimbursement for continuous glucose monitor prescribed by physician.] Requires medical assistance to include continuous glucose monitor for specified recipients of medical assistance. Defines "continuous glucose monitor."
