Relating to the Department of Human Services' workforce; and prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Requires Department of Human Services to conduct annual assessment of workforce capacity and needs in each division] program and unit of department and report results to interim committees of Legislative Assembly no later than February 1] September 30 of each even-numbered year. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
