Primary
Increases formula weight for students in poverty families for purposes of State School Fund distributions. Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Department of Education to ensure, to greatest extent practicable, that school district does not receive lesser distribution amount from State School Fund during 2023-2025 biennium as result of increase in formula weight for students in poverty families. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2023.
