Relating to fees for educator preparation providers; and declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Changes operative date from January 1, 2026, to effective date of Act, for law removing authority of Teacher Standards and Practices Commission from establishing and collecting fee from educator preparation provider based on number of license applications received by commission from provider or type of educator preparation programs offered by provider. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
