Relating to prohibitions on business closures mandated by the executive branch; declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Prohibits Governor or state officer or agency from requiring lawful ongoing business concern to close or suspend operations during declared state of emergency or declared state of public health emergency. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
