Relating to the promotion of media industries in Oregon; and declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Directs Oregon Film and Video Office to establish Creative Opportunity Program to promote film, television, interactive, animation and media industries in Oregon. Dedicates two percent of moneys in Oregon Production Investment Fund to making payments to media industry entities for creation and funding of projects under program. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
