Relating to human reproductive material.

Abstract

Creates crime of false representation in assisted reproduction. Punishes by 364 days' imprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both. Creates private right of action for specified individuals for false representation in assisted reproduction. Creates crime of unlawful use of human reproductive material. Punishes by 364 days' imprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both. Authorizes Oregon Medical Board to impose discipline for false representation in assisted reproduction and unlawful use of human reproductive material.
