Relating to use of state property for transitional housing accommodations; and declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Requires Oregon Department of Administrative Services to use reasonable efforts to lease certain unused or underutilized state real property owned by department to City of Salem for use as transitional housing accommodations upon certain terms. Requires other state agencies to assist. Sunsets January 2, 2026. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
